Once you've decided a Contract phone is right for you all you need to do is follow the simple steps below. Once we've received your order there are a few things we need to do behind the scenes before we dispatch your phone. Please note that it could take up to 2 working days to receive your phone. So you know what's happening, we've outlined the process below.
Step 1
Select the phone, network and tariff you want, add it to your basket and go to the checkout page.
Step 2
Complete your order details, including name, address, occupation, bank and card details and confirm your order.
What happens next?
- Your details will be passed to your chosen network for a simple credit assessment. We'll contact you if the network require any further details to process your application.
- Following a successful credit application a name and address check will be made against your credit/debit card details as a security measure. This is why we need to know your credit/debit card details as well as your bank details.
- Normally, the authorisation process is completed on the same day you place your order. Once everything has been authorised we'll send you a confirmation email.
- Your phone will then be dispatched by Royal Mail Special next day delivery service (this will require a signature).
- Please note that it could take upto 2 working days to receive your phone.
- Your phone will be connected to your chosen network within 24 hours of despatch.
